Over 40 Years of Immigration Law
We are one of the earliest and largest immigration law firms in the State of Indiana. What began as just 7 file folders in a desk drawer has grown into a practice with thousands of clients across the country and multiple attorneys and support staff experienced in all areas that affect immigrants.
Immigration above any other legal field is the least understood body of law. Many people believe that immigration benefits are "automatic" or just require the filing of a simple form with a fee.
Most people do not have such an attitude towards criminal or bankruptcy cases because these areas affect your money or your freedom. But immigration affects both of these values as well as your family and your future. A mistake could cost you everything!
Immigration law consists of volumes of statutes, regulations, court cases, and administrative interpretations. This area of law is full of eligibility requirements, restrictions, penalties, and deadlines that can result in the denial of your case.
We will take the time to explain the often complicated processes and offer direct communication so that you feel comfortable and confident with our representation.
"We are a nation made strong by people like you: people who travelled long distances, overcame great obstacles and made tremendous sacrifices, all to provide a better life for themselves and their families."
Our many years of combined experience and diverse backgrounds allow us to offer successful, efficient, and affordable legal assistance.
We offer a wide range of immigration services such as family-sponsored and humanitarian petitions, naturalization, waivers, and the tangential services that often accompany these processes.
We specialize in representing individuals in criminal defense matters that oftentimes affect their immigration status. Our practice areas include felonies, misdemeanors, traffic infractions, post-conviction relief, and expungement.
Family law is also a major component of immigration law. We help our clients with a wide variety of family and civil matters, including divorce, adoption, and guardianships.
