Founding Partner
Paul Gresk is a founding partner of the firm with over forty years in the practice of immigration law. He is a former executive assistant to U.S. Senator Richard G. Lugar. As "Abogado Pablo" he hosts a daily radio call-in show on Radio Latina 107.1 FM, and 810 AM in which he answers call-in U.S. immigration questions. He is a graduate of Indiana University's School of Law (J.D. 1979) and of its Graduate School of Business (M.B.A. 1978). He is a former Indiana Chapter Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association and has been speaker at numerous local, state and national conferences.

Catherine Singleton is a founding partner of the firm. Formerly a teacher of romance languages at the secondary and university level, she has studied at five foreign universities in Western Europe and Egypt. She has an exclusive concentration in the practice of U.S. immigration law. Licensed since 1984, she has over forty years of experience and has supervised the processing of tens of thousands of applications and petitions. Selected to Super Lawyers every year since 2004, she is recognized by peers as one of the top-rated immigration attorneys in the nation.
Attorney
Spenser is a 2015 Indiana University Maurer School of Law graduate and adept strategist who specializes in removal defense and asylum. He provides legal services across all areas affecting immigrant families, including criminal and family immigration matters. Known for crafting persuasive responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny, he has successfully pursued numerous appeals of adverse decisions.
Attorney
Maizie is a 2022 graduate of the Indiana Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She started as a law clerk for Gresk & Singleton in the summer of 2020 after her 1L year and has remained with the firm since. Maizie speaks Spanish and is largely involved in the humanitarian area of the firm, specializing in working with immigrant survivors of domestic abuse and special immigrant juveniles.
Attorney
Kristin is a 2008 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She has over 15 years of experience covering immigration law, employment law, and language access for noncitizens in the United States. Kristin moved to Indiana in 2015 and began representing migrant and seasonal farm workers, helping many pursue visas as victims of fraud and forced labor.
